Digital Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a confident, hands on, self-starter who can hit the ground running, and will understand and shape our Marketing Analytics data, campaign planning and measurement and be well versed in the latest analytical techniques and their application to a commercial environment


  • Help us understand the performance of our clients and their customers through organic search channels – you should be creative and insightful to enable us to understand why things are changing
  • Have an experimental mind-set – there are many things that cannot be understood through best practice, we would love you to be involved in suggesting & developing experiments that increase our knowledge and understanding so that we can grow client performance even faster
  • Build and maintain dashboards to make internal and client facing performance to support the detection and understanding of changes
  • Proficiency in extracting, storing and cleaning data from multiple data sources to create new ways of thinking about the multiple data sources.
  • Ability to educate the whole business on marketing data through data literacy





  • Experience with large and complex data sets
  • Strong competency with SQL; experience with additional query languages such as Big Query a strong plus
  • Data retrieval, wrangling and analysis of data using Python or R beneficial
  • Experience making complex data easily consumed and communicating with to people with all experience levels
