Caliber Interactive are looking to recruit a SEO Account Manager to our growing London team.

THE ROLE

You’ll be winning, coordinating and managing all day-to-day activity of search marketing campaigns for Caliber’s diverse international and multilingual client base. As SEO Account Manager, you’ll be a lead on clients’ organic search strategy and performance; collaborating with the Caliber team on campaign reporting, analysis and optimisation. As a forward-thinking individual, you’ll constantly have one eye out for new developments within the industry, and hence be one step ahead of the search engines when it comes to potential avenues of innovation for the wider team to follow. You’ll be member of Caliber, and be comfortable wearing your heart on your sleeve, saying what you think and to be an ambassador for Caliber online and offline. So if you’ve an appetite for helping some of the biggest brands in the world achieve search success, and are maybe just a little bit of a show-off at the same time, you’re the person we want to hear from.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing and delivering improvement for Caliber’s clients
• Educating and reporting to other teams and senior management on all matters SEO
• Fostering and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with Caliber’s clients
• Reporting and acting upon the results of data analysis
• Delivering workflow and process innovation based upon market experience

SKILLS

Essential

• Minimum one year of experience in SEO
• Undergraduate degree or combination of education and experience that provides the appropriate knowledge, skills and abilities is required
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools and software solutions
• Confidence in dealing with multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Demonstrable analytical approach to work
• Aptitude for problem-solving and lateral thinking
• Faultless deadline and workflow management
• Gets excited when Excel is loading
• Banter, cheer, passion, thoughtful and outgoing

Desired

• Experience in people management
• Project management nous
• Fluency in languages other than English is highly desirable.
• Previous education or experience in a related discipline, such as marketing, PPC or social media
